When we bought our Explorer they didn't put any in for us. But I could care less after waiting two hours after closing the deal for the sales manager to get us in to do the paperwork. Keep in mind it was me, wifey, 18 month old (missing her normal naptime), and a newborn. We were needing to get out of there, but all we could do is sit around IMpatiently waiting. Hell, they were closed by the time we got out of there. Pretty much the same story (minus kids) when we leased the '04 F-150 from them as well.
Based on prior experience, I had every intention of just going in to turn in the truck, maybe see what they had on the lot, and go home. Turned out we got a deal on the Ex we couldn't pass up, and you know the rest of the story. Full tank of gas be damned.![Mad](https://www.f150online.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
Their service department is great, but hell if I ever buy another vehicle there again.
