Never heard anything like that with them, only the sparkplug problem that the 5.4s have.

I wish my truck would get a cracked windsheild. It needs a new one due to scratches on it.

Bring it down and let me drive it for a while. I seem to be the rock magnet. All you have to do is get behind one of the mining trucks on the 2 lane highway I drive back and forth to work and you're sure to get a rock pretty quickly.

Hammer and a punch is quicker.

I'm thinking that a hammer "might" accidentally hit my windshield one day this summer... I'd like to see if I can arrange having a light (maybe 50%) layer of tint put over it before I get it installed.

Glass doesn't go against your record.

The "24" season finale is tonight at 7:00. Jim's probably already left so he can get his chair ready in time.

I think I'll do the same.

No - but that doesn't stop them from jacking up your premium next time your renewal is due. They say they don't do that - but they do. I've seen way too many "confidential" insurance documents in my line of work.

My wife wrecked my truck, and I've filed and got paid for 2 hail damage claims and my insurance premium didn't go up.

Doesn't cost a thing to call them and discuss windshield repair and your concerns. Glass has nev er made my premium increase.

Pam, I put in 3 windshields in a period of 6 months a few years back. No increases for me.

I had a cracked windsheild on my F-150 that I had replaced through insurance. $50, and they didn't touch my rates, which was surprising since I was an 18 year old male driving a V-8 truck...
