Just got me a new softball glove since the one I was borrowing was repoed by the owner. I bought some conditioning oil for it, but when I got home and read the tag it said this glove is one of those that doesn't need to be oiled. For now I just have a ball inside it and tied it up and stuffed it under the mattress. Hopefully that should break it in a little.

I had Wing Stop hot wings for dinner - an ice cold Shiner would have been great with them.

Wing Stop has fallen down the list for me. Every time we go there to eat they have an empty cooler with no beer.

I have never been to a Wing Stop or any other wing place. Eating wings is way to much work for the little meat you get. Kind of like eating ribs. I starve to death before I can get enough to eat. Give me a chicken breast or brisket, let me eat instead of hunt for the food..

Thanks for the compliment.

Actually, I intended to just post the one of the golfer, but then I said why not show'em this one, then I got on a roll, as I know you all like pics. I could have posted several more!

Besides, with a post *****, it just seemed the natural way to post.

Had fun golfing yesterday, shot 86. I'd have shot better if my driving off the tee were better. The very first hole I drove the ball right into a tree, ball stopped right there. I had to fade the ball around the trees to the green with the 2nd with a 3 wood, landed it on the green, got par. That's pretty much how the day went off the tee. Crappy drive, decent recovery shot. Made a few putts and had a bird and 3 pars. Short game was perfect. Didn't have any snowmen on any holes, so I was happy.

My bud said he wishes he had the touch around the greens. He's very robotic with his swing. He can crush the ball off the tee. On the 10th he hammered a tee shot, landed it about 10 yards from the green, but mine ended up even with his. I was quite shocked since my driving was so **** poor up to that point, and after for that matter. lol Well I chipped about 6 feet from the hole, my bud chipped about 6 feet from the green.
