in Texas parents can serve the beer to their own children. The wait staff brings it to the parents, and then they hand it over.

In Louisiana we train the kid's how to bring cold beer to the parent's!

I dont know about you, but my dad has the kids and dog trained to do. Two for one

Dog's are easier to train then most kid's!
