I hate buying something from Ebay and never hearing anything from the seller after numerous attempts to contact them and after weeks of a payment being sent.

Especially when they have no contact phone number on their website, but claim to be a well constructed business or whatnot.

Some people have no clue what customer service is and it is a real big pet peeve of mine.

It makes me mad and drives me nuts when I have to contact customer service and they can not understand English(Texas English, of course) and I can not understand them. What kind of customer service is that?
