Do any of you guys know about setting up a converter box on an older TV, along with a VCR/DVD?

I think as long as you have cable TV you should be set... But the converter box should go before the VCR player.

I drilled 8 holes and installed 17 rivets today. Not bad for 8 hours of OT.

Don't have cable out in the country where we are. Don't watch enough TV to justify satellite. I set it up but it will not record. One guy said I had to have 2 converter boxes and use a splitter from the antenna. I set it up with one converter box, no splitter and when I record, just snow.
