You go in the hospital have a knee replaced(old football injury), and while there, they have to do emergency stomach surgery for a ruptured ulcer, nearly kill you with norcotics they forgot to quit giving you and then have three heria surgeries because they can't get it right, I'll bring you a Whataburger.

 

Holy that'a a laundry list. How does he seem to be doing? Is the outlook good ?

Yes, he should recover if they can ever get things right. It's been a year and a half and he is 62. He was supposed to be in the hosptial 3 days for a knee replacement. The ulcer popped up, he had no idea he even had. They said he would have died had he not been in the hospital when it happened. But then, after about 2 weeks of pain killer, the doctor told them to quit giving it. The nurses did not read that and keeped doping him. He was out of his mind for a month. Then a nurse from another area read his chart and asked why he was still getting that drug. They stopped it, he started recovering. Then the herias developed from the stomach surgery and that has been a mess as well. He was like a 6 handicapper in golf, played twice a week and my never play again. Just weird stuff.

I haven't been there in 3 years...but lucky for me I grew up in SoCal.
