I know it's sad, but my Centipede grass is really starting to come in and I'm excited.

If that same class is taught again I may sign up for it. The teacher was really a looker and sexy. I'm a dirty "older" man!

What is centipede grass. Not familiar with it. Do you have St. Augustine in that area?

It is a slow growing creeping grass and has short stems growing upward. I had some bare spots in the yard that I couldn't get anything else to grow there. It likes sun and heat so I'm impressed it's taking under my maple trees so well. Once a year fertilizing and fewer mowings are good also.

St. Augustine is down by the coast. I think that's what my sister's whole lawn was sodded in.

I could go for a grass like that. Summer is here finally. Went from lush St Augustine to trying to water enough to keep it alive. Changed in about 3 or 4 days.

Really I was just trying something else than bermuda for the sun and a fescue for the shade, neither worked at all. If I can get this to take hold I may have to redo the whole yard next spring.

I thought the 5.4 2v's did that, not the 4.6 2v. Is the PCV valve good?
