well since I got hurt I haven't been as active in the gym as I used to be and I'm riding the desk job now so it's taken me 15 months to get back up to 200#

Back up? I think it was 45 years ago when a skipped right over 200 lbs.

yeah, I did quite a stretch in Iraq and between there and hospital food I was down to 145# when I hit the lowest (I'm 6'4") but I'm trying my best to get better

Wow, that was a little thin. You must be built a little like Patrick.

I'm 6'2" and about 230. Really don't want to lose any weight but would like to move some of it back to my arms and shoulders, instead of my waist.

I think pat has a couple inches on me, he could probably wear my trousers as shorts

Yep, when I met him, I thought those were cut offs or shorts. Then I realized they were just pants made for someone that wore 30 waist and 30 length.

I think he is "only" 6' 6". My inseam is 34.

That was what I first thought it was, but decided it wasn't. I guess I've never seen a pic taken that close, plus, it looks as if it's leaning away. Most pics of it are leaning sideways.

Children should be kind to old folks.
