It takes me about an hour and a half just to wah, dry, vac, wipe under the hood, spray tires and wax the wheels.

I need to find a Rudolpho like Pam has. He keeps her truck in great shape. No telling what it cost her though.

Yeah but I have a hard time paying someone to do it when I have knowledge and the tools to do it my self and get better results than they do.

Antonio, Rudolpho, Angelo, whatever. I had no doubt he got paid well. Why else would he be picking it up to wash it when it's pouring down rain?

Morning Pam

On the detailing, I agree. I don't go overboard with the products becuase I am still in school. But I use gold glass shampoo and conditioner, mothers clay, mother step 1 and 2 in their detaling system and then meg's step 3, but I will soon be switching the Meg's step 3 for nxt. I prefer the paste waxes and polishes because the liquids I can't get nice and even like I can the paste. Also, I use the microfiber applicator but use a little handle thing that velcro's to it. Works great!

I take my truck to the self service car wash. I use two buckets and fill them with soft water. I use Gold Class soap. I pressure wash the entire truck, then use a mit to wash it. I then pressure wash again and use the soft water to final rinse. I then dry it off, clean the interior and door jambs, vac, the windows, and then hit the wheels and tires. I finish under the hood. I usully spend about $6 at the wash, which is more than people that don't bucket wash. The guy knows that, plus I report any problems I see to him so he doesn't mind me bucket washing.

I havent been in Superior in years and the last time I was I remember my mother telling me and my sister its time to get out because our lips were blue. I know what you mean on being in a jacket trying to sell someone something that has to be done in warm weather.

I haven't figured that one out yet. I don't ask questions, I just hand him the keys and let him do his job.

Must be nice it was 50* and raining this morning I think we skipped summer and went straight to fall because it feels like late September or early October.
