Sounds like fun (the Grand Isle part). I'm counting down the days til my Galveston trip. I hope it doesn't rain the entire time we are there.

You'll get some nice day's I'm sure. I wonder what it's like since the storm hit last year? If you get a chance stop in Kemah and check out the Boardwalk.

I normally try to spend a day in Kemah. I think it was hit pretty hard last year. It will be interesting to see how much progress has been made in rebuilding down there.

Wife's sister and her husband had a house on Galveston Bay about 2 block's from the Boardwalk. They sold it and moved close to a golf course in the League City area. All my nieces and nephews all live in the Houston area. My youngest daughter and her husband are also moving there in a couple of month's from the Tulsa area. Guess we'll be in Houston more often!

When I drive to Oklahoma we go through Texarkana and take I-30 to DeKalb and take 82 west into Paris and head north to the Indian Nation tpk. See I know my way around!

You sure do! I just head north up 271. I usually go at least once a year up to Beaver's Bend. It's so pretty up there.

Patrick, I believe she said yes on the grille surround. The paint should stick better to the white.
