You reminded me of a project I was going to do when I had the little wrecking yard in Abilene. In the yard was one of those ****** Jeepsters. I had a 429 CJ for it. Just never got around to doing it before moving to Fort Worth and selling everything off.

Jerame got a question for ya. My truck is shifting at very low rpms, not rough by any means. I will cruise at 30-35 and it seems to upsift to 4th once I back off and it willl be at 900 something rpms. Is that weird?

it's designed to save fuel which is why it does it, I roll with OD off in town anyway so my town mileage is a lil lower than it has to be but my throttle response is always there

Ok and my style must be helping, my mpgs seem to keep climbing. It's be interesting what this fill-up in a week yields. Would the gyrphon help even more with mpgs or just help the shifitng and such?

make sure you compare the SCT Livewire with the Gryphon as they are competitors

The big thing is I want the gauges. All I am looking to get is an 87 economy. Then use the canned tunes it comes with if I ever need/want them

Best sleeper ever:

Tara, why the 6.8 route?? Towing while procharged you'd get 7 mpg, if you're lucky. Diesel would be more mpg and make more power. My buddy Terry has a stock looking 1996 F-250 with a ladder rack...that runs 12.
