Pat how do you fab the mounts for the lower grill? Or do I send my honeycomb to you to get patman'd?

 

i havent done a lower grill yet. I have just Patmanize the uppers so far.

Ive got a practice truck to work on soon to prototype a lower grill, it would be 04-05 bumper tho. I think the 06-08 have different size openings

 

Yes they do. You remember where my bumper was recessed? The 06-08 isn't, their bumper goes flush straight across.

I'm going to fill my opening with a piece of FX2 grille, flush with the bumper face.

 

I just had a wicked idea for a new grill
