We just try to avoid them altogether. Our offices are 25 feet apart and we communicate via google instant messages and email 99% of the time.

All meetings do is cut into break time. I managed to avoid all but one over the years. If they wanted anything from me it came in e-mail form. Any other time I felt the need for one I would just yell from my desk

Just do what an old co-worker of mine did. Dump a coffee down on it. They just love that. Stopped locking up (and doing anything else)

All the offices for purchasing are in a row and right across from my fathers and we occasionaly yell back and forth. It usually gets my father to walk by shaking his head and muttering something like where did I go wrong.
