Years ago when I lived in Abilene, I had a small wrecking yard where I restored Mustangs, worked on my 54 truck and other projects. I had a huge homemade, cast iron, woodburning stove to heat the place. It was useful in other ways, too.

This is true and I guess I could mix my used oil 75/25 with #1 diesel and run it through the truck if I wanted.

Yupp at the least I wouldnt have to worry about the top end not getting enough lube then.

Good Morning All... I cant believe its finally Friday!! I will be sneaking out of here at Noon hopefully. I bet no one remembers. I'll get dirty looks from everybody and I'm sure I'll hear "Where the hell does he think he's going?" a couple of times. Oh well! TGIF!!

Blah blah blah Mr. 6 quarts. My drain pan is a 5 gallon bucket. Last time I changed my oil, a neighbor didn't believe me that my truck took 4 gallons of oil. That reminds me, I still need to empty that bucket and do something with the used oil.
