yes it is! i remember when i lived in conroe at my apartments some stoners across the street threw a party, all there guests parked in fire zones, all of them got towed off (12 cars), cops showed up, busted them with pot and TONS of alcohol, they had to flush ALL OF IT, very entertaining night, cops knocked on the door, 2 kids ran from the cops and got slammed to the ground face first and put in the back of a squad car, the rest had to call there parents

Just drove in from East Texas. Had a nice drive over and back. Had some great Mexican food. Dave, I managed to get over there and back without running into Pam, so I feel lucky. LOL
