Running to the potty should keep you awake.

Not really its the 6 24oz bottles of water that follow the Mtn Dew that make me do that.

You don't have to. I have never picked up the habit. I have a cup of hot green tea every morning at work. Occasionally, when travelling or in the winter, I will drink a cup of coffee, just for something different.

You do that too? I use one packet of the sugar free Swiss Miss to a large cup of coffee. That is some good stuff!

I will admit, I have gone to Starbucks a few times and gotten a Mocha, I think it's called. Not bad, especially when it's real cold outside.

For the days I do not want to go to the coffee shop, or do not want to spend $5 for a mocha or latte, I use the Starbucks coffee from the grocery store (that we keep here at the office) and add the Swiss Miss. You get a Starbuck's Mocha for about 1/10th of the cost of the coffee shop.

Maybe 4 times? Not a junkie like some.

Caffine just never had any affect on me. Won't keep me awake at all. When I was in college, I worked and always had to cram for exams. Would stay up all night or most of it. One time, I was desparate to stay awake and study, so I made a pot of very strong coffee. I drank 2 cups and popped two No-Doz so I would stay awake. I sat down on the couch with my books and started to study. Next thing I knew it was morning and I was asleep on the couch.

The only thing that helps keep me awake when driving late at night is my music.
