Yes, they run side by side. One will have the fuel filter, the return will not.

I'll check when I get home today if I don't go hunting. I found a used ProCharger from a "03 Expedition 4.6 I might buy.

right, or if you have returnless system you will just have the fuel filter in the line, and thats it

YES, but the type of system you have will dictate what pump and injectors you will end up using
