long time: a long period of time ( informal )
"once in a blue moon"
2.
2nd full moon in month: a second full moon in a calendar month. As there is a full moon every 29.5 days, a blue moon is a comparatively rare event.

That Jay on the wildlife cam sure looks a lot like cousin Jasper.

I would root for the Lions but they couldnt buy a team or a coach if the tried. I guess I am so close to Wisconsin it probably doesnt matter much.

Someone looked it up! I learned this just last month after hearing it all my life. The event happens about every 3 to 4 years. It is because our calender or monthly cycle is not set with the lunar timing.
