Nope you get a workout too. He has to know where you're at in order to know what kind of program to write for you.

Our membership package includes the trainer for the assessment and to write your exercise program, then he will re-evaluate and re-write your program monthly, or as needed. I felt like I needed that to help keep me on track. Plus, you can also have him write programs targeted at specific goals - and I like having that option too. It helps keep me on track and also makes me accountable. That helps keep me motivated.

Just mailed a card to my little girl. She has a birthday in a few days. When I think of her age, and my sons age, it is the only time I stop and realize my age. I don't feel my age and have great health. Sometimes just hard to belive I am not about 45 any more. LOL

I'm glad to know that. Now I know to avoid assessments!

I'll train you Dave... just can't guarantee results!

j/k bud in all seriousness, I wouldn't mind helping someone out. I feel bad when I see some people struggle with their weight who go to the gym. I have a guilty ping for some reason. Strange.

Is a Magpie sort of like a polite AssClown? Maybe I better look it up.

Edit: Just googled and I got Betty Crocker, must be some sort of recipe?
