Yes it was but its not Super Bowl weekend with out a few beers and lots of good munchies.

I had a small victory with the scales Saturday morning - so I was pretty motivated to leave the munchies alone. I had the healthy stuff and I let my hubby have his share and my share of the bad stuff.

I am charging my ipod so I can head to the gym in a few minutes. Should have enough to get me through my workout. Then I have to study for two damn tests tomorrow

Don't be concerned about what you lost. I found it. Been eating too well lately. Too often as well.
