Considering how I worked so hard on polishing them up Saturday and the seeing them after they boogered up what I did I had every right to be upset. I'll let you know for sure before D-day.

This is the place that's fixing them. NTB made the appointment while I was there. 24 hour turnaround. Picking them up in the morning.

Thanks for letting me know all this. Some people wouldn't and try to scam others. I'll be there around noon on Saturday. I'll call you when I get close.

Later. Time for bed. 4am is coming fast.

No problem. I'd expect the same with an expensive purchase like this, especially considering you haven't even seen them in person yet. :o

I'm out too, 4:45am is coming fast too.

You could take off tomorrow afternoon as well. I have a 12:30 tee time and an open slot.

Man I was pissed. All I wanted was the tires taken off. At least the wheels will look better than they did before.
that stinks, but im glad they are stepping up and fixing the situation

Randall we use wheel repair companies on our cars at work and they do excellent work, you and stealth have nothing to worry about

Yeah I checked the wheel technologies site. They do some amazing stuff to repair wheels with all sorts of damage.

I called NTB just now to check on the wheels and make sure I'll get them back Friday. So far so good.

Still a bit upset about the whole ordeal. :o

make sure you get some sort of coupon discount, or atleast dont have to pay for the removal of the tires. You are going to have to go out of your way to make a repeat visit to pick up the repaired wheels.

They already told me I don't have to pay for the tire/wheel separation. I'm going to write them a letter of my ordeal and see if I can get some coupon book or something.

I think I'll either let Bankston Ford install the tires on my new rims, or let you do it.
