Let's start over......
I wish I knew why I get much better MPG if I fill up when I have at least a half tank. I topped off the tank last night, 10+ gallons and the average was over 1 1/2 mpg better than I get when I put in 20 gallons. It happens every time and there has to be an explanation. May have to do with air in the gas or more evaporation with more room in the tank, but I would like to hear the reason.

Yup... light foots make a huge difference... I can only imagine how I would do with dynatech headers and 2.5" true duals on the highway all tuned.
