I think before the stuff gets installed I'm going to degrease and paint the uca's and outer tie rod ends. Not that anyone can see rusted components on a lowered truck anyway.

No, I've not dealt with them nor heard of them. I recall, didn't you say the original was in a delivery truck that was in an accident? I'd be calling them daily politely inquiring about the bumper. Don't go ballistic on them even though you want to, it only makes things worse for you, you know, and then they may not be so helpful for you if you know what I mean. At least that's how I'd do it. :o
