Well everyone it's not looking good for the Grand Isle, Louisiana coastline. Went down there last Saturday and they were putting out oil containment booms to keep the oil from getting into the passes. The SE wind direction has some of the oil moving west towards lower Lafourche, Terrebonne and St. Mary parishes. Prime fishing and shrimping ground's. A lot of commercial fisherman will be out of work after getting hit hard the past few year's with hurricanes. I'm heading back down there this weekend with my son in law to check it out. Catch ya'll later.

They had them. I think they were hard on the transmissions from what I recall.

Converted 350 cu inch gas motor's to run on diesel, what a fiasco! My dad had a Cutlass Supreme with a V-6 diesel that got 35 mpg on the hwy when it wasen't in the shop! Ended up putting a 350 cu inch gas motor in it and selling it.

Back when I was in TX a friends dad had a gas converted diesel. I'm pretty sure that truck never moved.
