Is there anything more American than chili-cheese dogs and beer for dinner?

I think not.

He's way little, 8 pounds. My sister and brother in law took him to the beach in his stroller, he loved all the sounds. No ocean water for him though.

I told you that losing the weight would help with the gas mileage!

Man, I'm pooped and hungry. Almost over did it in the heat this afternoon. The riding lawnmower would not start. Battery was deader that dead. I think it must be shorted in the inside. So, walked the whole almost damn acre. Had to stop several times for water and to cool down. First time I have ever gotten nausiated from the heat. Got it done, got the 15 bags of mulch unloaded, but the pool filter will have to wait till tomorrow night.

Yeah, heat exhuastion is no fun at all. I had a bout with that 1 time when I lived in TX. I've learned to take breaks now.

Once I get going, I hate to stop until I'm finished. Takes about 5 hours, usually. Took that long today and I didn't weed eat. Thankfully, didn't really need it to badly.

Damn, Jim. sounds like you were almost a goner. I hate getting too hot in this heat. I push myself to the limit too, but one day it'll catch up with me.

Yeah, I should have been smarter. Fine now. They predicted 95 for today and I have been working in that heat with no trouble. Today's 95 was hotter though, humid. I noticed it when I got started. Should have paced myself a little better.

It's nice down here. Mid to upper 80's with a sea breeze.

Yeah, nice St Augustine grass at the condo.

Also, I saw a lowered white FX2 in the condo parking lot. It's pretty beat up, dents/rust in the rear bumper. On the trip I must have seen about 15 lowered full size pickups headed southbound over the trip. Pretty cool.

Another thing I saw that was funny, an I wish I had the camera moment. I saw a ricer who lost his front bumper on the road. He loaded it up across the back windows, sticking out each one. He looked like he was about to take off driving down the freeway!

That's funny! Just saw on craigslist, a guy has the Harley side rails(2007). He's asking $1000 for them!
