what mods are on the truck, I'm sure we can get you some better mileage without spending much
No real mods other than the DWV intake, edge, and a si/do magnaflow exhaust. I did change the fuel filter the night before the trip, just changed the oil, nice clean airfilter and even air up the tires a few more punds for better rolling resistance. The wind really killed me because I was driving 500+ miles directly into it. My first fill up was at a 75 mph and the second was at 65 and they average the same, kinda odd.

No kidding!
I'm about ready to go out and buy a nitro rc truck to combat the parties and the annoying neighbor kids.
Slap on a open header on it and some led headlights and listen to it whine all night long.
I've already been turned down for free beer!
I went over and asked if I could party and drink beer with them. Cause they were keeping me up with all their racket. They said no and packed it up and moved on.

Yupp and I know just how much throttle to give it to make it really whistle when I take off early in the morning. I think you should do it and the thread with the works bombs has given me some ideas too.
