I took the rest of the day off. After all it is my 40th Birthday today.

I went and performed an experiment with my dark tail lights. I went and parked the truck with the truck's rear end facing direct sunlight. I then turned the key on, engine off and depressed my brake pedal with a 2' level wedged against the brake pedal and the seat bottom. I walked around a half a block away from the truck and clearly saw the brake lights on the tinted tail lights even with them facing direct sunlight.

I think they are good. I should do the experiment again with my camera. I'll go do that after I eat my lunch.

Age is more a mental state with some. You're cranky and codgery way beyond your years. You're older for sure!

Well, I have never had the day off on my BD unless it fell on a weekend. Only oldfolks have to have the day off(or part of the day).

Every work day is a part day. You're only at work part of the day.
