I don't want your opinion on the look because I don't care , just want the opinion on the function. Honestly they are brighter in person. Pics don't really show it well.

Well nothing is allowed to be painted, tinted, or anything on the lens of the tails/headlights


As far as passing with them, you might get lucky and they dont notice, or know someone that is an inspector that will let it slide

They will ticket you in Arlington for any modification to tails including covers.
