What you think Dave. It's just going to be 4 people at all time. Just for us to go to some state parks on the lakes around here.

 

If it were me chosing it would be a close tie between trailers 2 and 4. We looked at one like the third trailer in your list when we were looking and it was just way to small for us even with just the three of us.

 

2&4 are the one's I've looking at hard.

 

If we didnt find our fifth wheel when we did I was going to settle for a bunk house type trailer. I think mom and dad will be happy with a little privacy in the bigger trailer.

 

Well, that's why we have a house for Dave. This for just a weekend get away. Not a week or two. Unless we tell them to go out and play for a minute or 2.

I know....... So far that is all that we have done are long weekends with ours. But you also have to think about being at a state park in the rain in a tiny trailer with two bouncing kids all weekend.

 

Gives us more reasons to send them to MEEMEE's house when we get back home.

The other thing to think about is the bigger trailer has bigger water and waste tanks which mean fewer trips to the dump station.

 

The one I was looking at, all 3 tanks are 25+ gallons. Is that good enough for the weekend? Oh, wait. I for got my beer. Will need to stay close to dump site.

 

That trailer will probably be the right size. The black tank on ours is 45 and both gray tanks are 45 with a 40 gallon fresh water tank. We have only over filled the bathroom gray tank once and that was a four day weekend.

 

GOOD LORD Dave. It's just the weekend. If I need all that water, I'll just pump it out of the lake. Plus. Some of the state parks here have hookups for waste.

 

Most state parks here dont have waste hook ups so thats the only reason I mentioned it. And eventually we will be using ours for more than a weekend and hopefully that is in the not so distant future.
