Yeah they are. My plans are to stay here for 12-18 months and work my butt off to save a good amount of money to put down and buy a place of my own.

I won't bore you all with the details, but moving like I did was something I had to do as a man, husband, father, and son. Getting all sorts of positive support from my family for the decision I made.

I'd like a place in the country, same area, with some land, one or two acres would be nice. Looking a lot on the real estate websites to gauge what is out there and what it's going to take.

Sometimes you just gotta suck it up.

But now is probably the best time to look for properties. I wish I was in a position to find some land.

I'd settle for 1/2 an acre with a perfect house, but would like one acre. We shall see.

I'd like about 1000, but I'd settle for 10 or so.
