Let's start over......
Tomorrow will be my fifth day of not smoking. Between the Bronchitis and $362 a month I couldn't justify it. I'm using the same method I used when I tried to quit before, I'm chewing but a can lasts about 2-3 days so it's quite a bit less expensive. Night is the hardest time for me because before I go to bed I always smoke a couple of cigarettes so now I'll lay in bed tossing and turning for 2 hours before I finally go to sleep. Tonight seems to be the worst of the cravings so far and my patience are next to nothing. But I'm determined to quit this time, it'd be nice to have an extra $360 each month.

Quit the substitutions that feed the desire.
More people have better chances of quitting by going cold turkey, second is weaning.
I do want to this time. This is the longest I've ever made it when trying to quit. I know I couldn't do it cold turkey the headaches are too much for me to bear. And I'm sure my temper would be too much for others to bear It's hard enough to substitute it with snuff. I won't chew for more than a couple of weeks because my mouth gets so torn up from it. If I can make it a couple of weeks without smoking I think I'll have it kicked.
