I am using a Nikon D40 on the sports/action setting.

Got home from work and took the dog out for a little bit. She has a 1'x2' hole in the yard that she dug and tonight I was throwing the ball for her and she was runnin full bore and slid to get the ball but hit the hole and did a front flip. Got up, looked around dazed and confused then started runnin to get the ball.
