This guy still hasn't called back. I've now been given a number to another office (WTF?) and have received no answer. It takes 2 minutes to look at the paper and say "yes."

It's been OK. Just really busy since we had court this morning and didn't get back in the office 'til noon. I can't really complain though, because the time has flown by!

Yep, I was busy this morning, but has slowed this afternoon.

That's not good. You need to take charge. Doesn't sound like you, to put up with that.

I brought a car in off the mid level parking garage and the exterior thermometer said 117*

Its 100 ish in the shop too
