Probably would not be a good thing, but keep in mind, these are church members at the church fellowship hall. However, now that I think about it, that did not seem to deter the language nor the subject matter just a whole lot. I was a guest, sort of, I mostly just listened.

I doubt it will take you long to start giving your opinion on a few things. And sometimes church members are the worst! Remember, I went through 12 years of Catholic school. Would you consider me holy?

I'm not about to step into that trap!

You have to understand. my BIL is recognized as the most obstinate, opinionated, hard headed, bigoted, ornery individual in the county. And, he's proud of the honor. They repected me for just being accepted by him and being able to put up with him. Plus, I tend to give him a hard time, which he puts up with. They enjoy watching that.

He really is some kind of character. He will be 80 next month. Goes out in any kind of weather and feeds his cattle herd(when I got over there yesterday, he was coming in from putting out hay in 14 degree cold). Still cuts is own firewood. He's 6'3", weighs about 250 and has several widows that cook and bring him food.
