Had a great day of golf. Fun watching my son run all over chasing his golf ball. We had a blast. My new clubs feel great.

had a busy day. Ran several errands, washed the truck, worked in the flower beds a little and did two tax returns. Starting on my third of the day and still have to go grocery shopping. Weekends are full, non stop.

(Freestyle=Taurus X)
I pulled the 2007 Taurus diagram manual air there's not a lot to the blend system (right side diagram) so its probably the motor (actuator)

Thanks Pat. Yeah I don't think it's the manual potentiometer temp switch because I haven't read anything online about the switch going bad, only the motor, and before we could actually hear normal operation of the blend door being operated by the motor, now nothing. Don't think the car is old enough to have the blend door fail.

yah the potentiometer would more then likely only be bad in one spot on the switch, not the whole thing hot to cold.

atleast the default position is in the cold direction (for safety reasons)

all AC systems are designed to stick to cold, and defrost when they fail. Its for safety reasons, so if you're driving down the road you can still have a clear windshield (defrost)

hit the 3 digit lottery number tonite! first time ive ever won, ive only been playing for like 2 weeks now. i played 726 boxed and i watched it come up 267! i was really excited but i only bet .50 cents boxed and .50 straight, so i go back to the gas station to pick up my winnings thinking i won atleast $100 since a 3 digit boxed number has a 6 in 1000 chance of hitting and i find out i won $40! lol like seriously? i just put it in my truck as gas money lol o well hey it filled the truck up!
