With as many naps you take I didn't think that you knew the difference.

It really messes up the nap schedule. It takes me 2 weeks to adjust plus, I hate getting up when it is so dark. Explain to me how it conserves energy when I have to use lights when I get up. Also, it means I have to do that much more yard work and I am later getting to bed. Instead of 12:00, it's closer to 1:00 when I finally get to bed.

No matter if it's DST or not I get up when it's dark. No bother to me. I only use one light at a time so I'm not using any more or less power than normal.

I normally don't use many lights when I get up in the morning other than the lights in the bathroom. It really doesn't bother me nearly as much as the fall time change.
