Yep, will have to lay a waterline across the pasture but there is electrical lines going across part of it that we can tie to.

I've posted it before, but this part of the road from the rent house to the farm. Can be spooky at night.

Yep, I really love it. There is a little cabin at one end of the pond that my father in law built about 55 years ago. He spent his weekends there. It will be my hideway. Still pretty solid.

It's actually about 26 miles east of Athens. I work in Athens, but the farm is just East of Brownsboro. Also about 18 miles West of Tyler.

Our Burleson home is on the Tarrant/Johnson county line but in Johnson county, but the way it's growing, looking forward to getting out of there.

I don't blame you for wanting to escape the madness. Rendon seems to be the only small piece or "country" left in that area until you hit Cleburne/Alvarado.

I know everytime I go home, I get more and more in love with being in the country...and I've lived the for 18 years. Lol. Just shows you it never gets old.

Regardless, the place looks great, and I'm sure is very tranquil and easy going. Looks like your grandson has a pond to do some gator wranglin' in too.

I bet the driver didn't even feel that. I know I have taken things out in our loader here at work and not even known about it until later on.

He will be after the water snakes, for sure!

My son was visiting yesterday, and we were talking about how it was so quiet, you could feel it. Total silence if the birds are not making a raquet. At least till the cows crank up.
