This is true, but not always.........I am tired and worn out and there are just to many bad memories of hospitals for me. I think I am going to finish my beer and go to bed.

I gave up on it for tonight. I'm about 99% sure I have it together right. I just can't figure out what the problem is.
There's a chain going from the rotating assembly to the lift arm that raises/lowers the deck. The arm isn't raising high (only a 1/2") enough to raise the deck. But the rotating assembly only fits in between the frame rails one way. I'm kind of dumbfounded right now on it.

This is the only pic I have, the parts break down.
The Shaft (46) is keyed and so is the Bell Crank (Rotating assembly) (19). The Bell Crank goes between the 2 frame rails and the Shaft goes through it. Then a chain goes from the Bell Crank on to the lift arm.
The way I have the Shaft now the Key way is facing towards the ground and in the picture it's facing up. However, the only way the Bell Crank fits in between the frame is with the Key facing down. Not sure if they have it pictured like that to show it has a Key or not.
