I'm picking out slivers of glass from my thumbs.....where the screen protector doesn't cover....thank goodness I've got my personal one as a backup....
Being without a phone is way underrated. I have no reception at the house in the woods, so noting interrupts the quietness. Have to go about 2 miles in either direction to get a signal.
Still no internet and no TV. Don't miss them either.

I will normally last a day without my phone before I start going into withdrawls. And I can last maybe two days before I break down and check my work e-mail on vacation. TV, if it's not there I don't watch it and I can live with out it.
Sound's good to me, I'm about ready to pitch my cell phone in the river! Crazy over here at work, 6 days a week, not use to that.
It might be different to be without a phone full time, but from 5:30 till about 7:00 the next morning has not been a problem at all. There have been a few times when contact just had to be made, so we have driven a couple of miles to a church parking lot and made the calls.

The landlord has a nice big garden near our house and he grows it mainly to share with everyone as he just enjoys a garden. Last nigh, had fresh corn, new potatoes, cooked cabbage, purple hull peas and onion from the garden. Good stuff! Had cornbread too, but it did not come from the garden!
