I attempted to wire a headunit in my old truck., no problem right? I got the wrong adapters from Auto Zone. Me being impatient wanting my new radio installed decided I'd cut the connections at the truck instead of taking the adapter back and getting the right one
After 3 hours of blowing fuses (why disconect the battery? That takes 2 minutes ), trying to figure out which wire went where, wondering why I didn't just go get the right adapters and make it much easier I took it to one of my friends that had it done in 30 minutes. Although, the memory wire lost all power and I don't know why the fuse was ok and I replaced it just to make sure. Everytime I started the truck I'd have to set the bass, treble, never did know the time......
