I considered telling him that, but he would not have listened. The ingnorance of some of the service writers really amazes me.

They include a car wash with an oil change for $32. I walked around a little and saw the wash bay. Had a robot washer with the hanging chamois strips. They were filthy. Don't think they will be washing my vehicle.

I wouldn't want to put my vehicle in there either.....

Talk about service writers....I've been calling the gm one we use for warranty work for the last 2 days with NO response.....the work trucks transfer case is on the fritz again....

What happened to the clock? Had cheese and crakers and donuts this morning and lunch is still not happening!
