Had to drive into work, don't know how long I'll make it since I'm still feeling bad.

Also the CEL came back on today.

I came so close to a head on accident last night. Driving home to Burleson, about 3 miles from the house on a two lane road. There is a small road that comes in at an angle from Mansfield. A car had pulled up and stopped, waiting for me to pass, a 4 Runner was coming toward me and wanted to turn on the side road, crossing my lane. He had stopped in his lane waiting. An S-10 came up behind him at about 60 mph and locked up the brakes. I saw he was not going to be able to stop in time and if he hit the 4 Runner, he would knock him into my lane. I could not go to the shoulder on the right as there was the car sitting there. I had no choice but to accelerate and try to get through the hole before the collision. At the last instant, the S-10 slid to his right, into the ditch, just barely missing the rear of the 4 Runner. It could have easily been a 4 vehicle accident on a lonely country two lane road. As it was, I think it was just some messed up britches. Five minutes later, I was home and about and hour and a half later, I was headed back to Brownsboro.

That's why I hate two lane roads. Glad you're safe, Jim.
