S/B p0420,0430. Cat inefficiency codes. Cats are quite small. I didn't pull them as I saw the light right when I got to work.

Well, metal washers if it's the O2 bungs. I'm betting it is and you lost the seal in the bungs. Still can't believe new bungs are leaking that bad. Not a big deal if it is, -do it the same way as you did before, just fab up a washer to cap that bung. Get the ID of the washer as tight as you can, even if you have to thread the O2 thru it (that's tight!). That will work, uhh honest. -

Before anything, you need a bubble test to confirm.

The washers don't need to be heavy. Find some lighter gauge w/smaller ID centers that you can drill out easy to the size you need. I'd use stainless tho.

_______________

Do you think it might be leaking at the flange connections up by the collectors ?

I don't know honestly. I'll have to check for leaks again.

We looked when we cranked it up and they looked like they weren't leaking. I'll have to check the small things first I guess...

Other than that, did Bill indicate there was a need for any program changes needed due to the headers being installed?

No, he said things were fine and there was not a significant enough gain to warrant new custom tunes.

That's cheating. He's a bad influence lol.

Well, should at least double check it anyway. Turned off or not, you don't want that Y leaking to much. Something miner will most likely seal itself in time, but, - uknow what I mean....

So, are you charging up the video camera ? Plug it in, -it's almost time.

Well I'm going to get the piping welded up at some point so the clamps will be gone.
