Time to go load up and head for Burleson. Way too much physical labor to get done this weekend. I really dread it. I will be beat by the time I get back Sunday night and next week is a tough work week.

I use to think that as well. Well, up until a few years ago anyway lol. That's correct tho, - LT's "alone" do not require tune modification for full potential. Troyer says the same thing, can't argue with that when both those guys say the same. I imagine you can tweak it some, maybe for a day or two. I guess it would be a waste of time if mother nature can tweak it even more. I mean, there has to be a weather tolerance of some kind; -parameters of sorts.

I recall built54 (Joey) going from factory to shorties then from shorties to LT's. Just Dyno runs. Factory manifolds to shorties,- there was "0" gain on the Dyno. From shorties to LT's,- there was 30 hp/35 torque gain. Just runs, no tuning.

I wonder if you can Dyno tune for leaks ? Be easier than fixing them

You have my condolences Pat. I still think about my buddy Mike everyday.

On a lighter note, it only cost me $15 to have someone come pick up my dirty laundry, wash it and fold it and return it to me at the hotel.
