I would prefer the 6.2 but can't justify paying $2000 for it and burning more gas. The 5.0 would be better milage than I get now, but I don't worry about mpg TOO much. If I did, I would take off my wheels and tires and the nerf bars. Used to get 19.2 on the highway but that was before ethanol, too.

Just got back from a Sign Shop about 45 minutes away. I asked if they did vinyl letters and she said yes so we go out to my truck and I show her the fender badges and ask if she could make red inlays for the F-150 5.4 triton. She said no, it would be too much work, plus it would look ugly. So now I'm starting to get kinda of irritated, I wasn't asking for her opinion, just asking if she could make some letters for me.
I then ask her if she could make the overlay for the tailgate badge like I have on the grille. She again says no, it would be ugly and I was taking away from the truck. Then she goes on and says she knows it all, she knows how bad it would look and then tells me what I SHOULD do instead of what I want to do. I told her I wanted a red/black theme and I'm going to stick with that. She said red and black doesn't contrast, looks bad and she wouldn't do it if it were her. She said some more about how bad I was making the truck look and that's when I about completely lost it.
After a few select words I left. I didn't care what her opinion is or how "ugly" it looks, I was looking to give her MY money for her to make something for MY truck. Apparently she doesn't need money.

Well, I guess it's not "my" truck yet, it's still Wells Fargo Bank's truck.
She said she'd paint the F-150, but the closest paint she had to red was orange. Aside from the brush marks and being orange, I'm sure it'd look good
What really got me was she said multiple times that she "knew it all". I know it all but I don't go around telling it to everyone.
