Bass trackers blow away in the wind. My father in law has a pro team 175 and it's just too damn small. Nice boat but too small. Nitros are not too bad. Just found out a friend got a 2011 Nitro Z9 CDC. Too bad it's Cowboy's colors.

The Bass Tracker I'm looking at will hold 5 and the Nitro is the Z-7.

Z7 is an 18.5' boat correct? My buddy has a 2000 Nitro, 18.5 foot with a 125 merc, pretty decent boat. IMO fiberglass boats are easier on the water.

The Z-7 is '18-8". The Tracker is the ProTeam 190TX with a 115 hp Opti Max at 18'-7".

Maybe my father in law has the 190, can't remember. Been so long since I've been on it. Beam is something to look into as well. Think the tracker is a lot less than the nitro IIRC.

The beam on the Tracker is 89 and theZ-7 is 94. Just 5" difference and almost $8000 cheaper.
