Let's start over......
I had a set of nut drivers. Had a screw driver and a small pair of channel locks in the house, so was able to get the window up and duct taped. Bought the regulator at AutoZone in Tyler, $124 and purchased a small socket set at WalMart. It's embarassing to drive a truck with both silver and black duct tape holding the window up. My radio speaker and the door panel pieces are in the dining room.

She has what is known as folded ears, the tip folds over. Near the fold, she had what looked like a small scab, maybe where I pulled a tick off. Instead of disappearing, she started growing a hard knot between the outer skin and inner skin of her ear. It's about the size of a kernal of corn, right now. It doesn't seem to bother her yet, but it's getting bigger.
