Nah not like that, he's a college graduate with a business degree. Hard to find a real job these days. Both the kids were going into teaching, but hard to do that when they're laying teachers off everywhere in the state. :o

I'm really happy with how my exhaust turned out with adding the Borla pro xs muffler to my setup. Sounds just how I wanted it to. Still need to get the piping welded up though.

I haven't read any posts after this so if you've already mentioned it I apologize. I'm curious to know how much they are giving you for trade in value.

Well, bought Black Rose Too this evening. A 2011 XLT, 5.0 with 3.55 LS. Has almost everything you can get on an XLT. The engine is so quiet, I could not hear it idling, standing right next to it. All I ever heard was the electric fan when it kicked on.

I was satisfied with the deal. I asked for $9000 off of the $37,235 MSRP and got $8852. I gave up the financing rebate to not mess with the hassle of financing it. The captain's chairs are much more comfortable than the seats in my 2005. Still dislike the exterior, but the interior is great. I even dislike the tuxedo black. Much rather have plain black.

Well, at least you have some time to say goodbye to the 05

I'm sure the exterior will grow on you. I know I hated the 04's when they came out but after a while I liked them. I really didn't like the 09's either. They grew on me though.

Well, they have been around since 2009 and have not grown on me yet. I wanted the FX2 but trying to get it from a town 40 miles away with our limited time just was not working, plus it was $1200 more.

The XLT's are still nice though. Seem to come a long way from the 04-08's.

Yes, they definitely have. Has the Sync, blinking mirrors with defroster in mirrors and back sliding glass. has the Trailer Brake Controller, but I will never use that. Has the display that tells you everything that is going on.
