What kind of clear coat do you guys use/prefer? I used the krylon on two of the recent things I've painted and on some random spots it leaves a wierd looking haze...

How often are you shaking the can when you are spraying? You should probably spray for one minute and shake for 10 seconds, I have noticed a difference since I started doing this I don't get as many runs and the color is a lot more even.

Edit: I have never really used clear from a can but I would make sure that the clear you are using is compatable with the paint you are using or you may end up with some wierd things going on.

I do shake pretty frequent but maybe not that often. I have been using the krylon paint and krylon clear.

That's weird, are you making sure you are doing nice thin coats?

The only thing that I can think of is there was something on the paint that reacted with the clear. Or it's water based over oil based or vice versa.
